Gili Bidara

Gili Bidara Island is one of the 33 small islands (gili) located to the East of Lombok Island. There are only 3 of those islands which serve as popular tourist destinations. These are the “Three Islands” – Gili Kondo, Gili Petagan, and Gili Bidara, located in the Sambelia subdistrict. It takes around 2 hour drives from Mataram City.  The neighboring Gilis is well known as best snorkel point. To get there you need to book a private boat. You need pay IDR 6.000 for entrance fee to the Three Gilis, Gili Bidara, Gili Kondo, and Gili Petagan. It is open daily. Another activity you can enjoy here is camping if you need closer to the nature. You also can visit the Big Tree once you get back from Gili Bidara. It is one of uniqe tree that stand tall and big, it is also an old tree so if you come here make sure you explore all area around Gili Bidara.
